The Services mentioned above apply to designated SmarTone Services Plan only. The Services that customers could enjoy depends on the Service Plan subscribed. The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
No service suspension by the end of March on Mobile, Fibre Broadband and HomePhone+ services
Under special circumstances (e.g. abnormalities in usage is observed), SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited reserves the right to suspend the account in order to protect the customer benefit without prior notice.
Free 3GB local data
Each designated mobile service plan can redeem free 3GB local data once only and applicable to designated mobile service plan. For Family Plan customer, free 3GB local data will be granted to the main SIM number and can be shared amongst all numbers under the same Family Plan.
Customer must redeem the free 3GB local data from 1 Mar 2020 to 20 Mar 2020 in SmarTone CARE App. A confirmation SMS will be delivered once the top-up data is successfully granted.
Free 3GB local data will be valid for 30 calendar days upon successful redemption and data activation (commence from the same day of data activation and a day is defined as 00:00 to 23:59 local time of Hong Kong). Unused data will be forfeited after its expiry and cannot be carried forward.
Customer’s data usage will first consume the free 3GB local bonus data.
The speed of the free 3GB local bonus data will be subject to the designated speed according to the subscribed plan.
Free 3GB local data is not applicable to Corporate/Business Market customers.
Free 3GB local data cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, and is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-resalable.
SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited shall not be responsible for any matter arising from or in connection with any delay, loss, transmission error of or inability to recognize any information submitted by any eligible customer due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer, technical or network problem.
If eligible customer terminates the mobile service plan contract or switches to a non-designated mobile service plan, the free 3GB local data will be immediately forfeited without compensation.
Customer is deemed to have read and agreed these terms and conditions of this free 3GB local data. If SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited suspects that an eligible customer has (i) conducted or is related to anomalous/suspicious activities, (ii) improper use of methods or fraudulent acts, disrupting or disrupting any part of the operation, resulting in technical problems, Or (iii) any dishonest act, false or incorrect information or (iv) any breach of these terms and conditions or any other applicable law or provision; SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited reserves the right not to give any notice to suspend or withdraw any eligible customer who execute the above act and reserves all rights to take legal action against any withdraw customer.
SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited reserves the right to amend and/or cancel these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited reserves the right of final determination.
