  • Customer who registers the Services for the first time is entitled to a 7-Day FREE Trial and Return Guarantee period commencing from the service activation date of the designated service plan of the Services. If the Customer cancels the Service(s)/Service Plan(s) within the 7-Day FREE Trial and Return Guarantee period, the Customer is not required to pay the fee for the Service Plan and 5G Broadband service equipment rental and refund of fee paid by customer for purchasing 5G Broadband service equipment shall be arranged upon return of the 5G Broadband service equipment to the Company.
  • Customers can enjoy free maintenance of the leased equipment during the service period. If exceptions are required for maintenance due to specified circumstances, the company will charge customers additional maintenance fees under this clause at the current rate.
  • Within 14 days upon termination of the Service Plan, the Customer should contact service hotline 2155 3321 to register for Device return and bring all Device from the Company to designated locations(Please click here). The Customer must return the Device to the company in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, except for normal wear and tear. If the Customer fails to return the Device or any part thereof is damaged (due to human-damage /accident / improper usage) upon return, the Company will charge Customer maintenance fee at current rate (Please click here).
  • At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing plan price if the customer continues to use the service.
  • Our Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotion and any dispute thereof, and may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

  • Offer valid for limited period only.
  • Offer is appliable for customers who subscribe the designated SmarTone Home 5G Broadband service plan at a designated residential address for 24-month fix term contract subscription.
  • Offer average monthly fee is calculated based on the original monthly fee HK$238 for Home 5G Broadband plan, after 1st month monthly fee rebate HK$70 and remaining monthly fee rebate HK$85 within the contract period have been given to the customer.
  • Offers will be forfeited without any compensation the Customers terminate the contract and/or Eligible Credit Cards account during the committed contract period.
  • The Company reserves the right of final decision in case of any arising disputes.
* Automatic Contract Renewal Arrangement: 
  • If you agrees and accepts the agreement for "automatic contract renewal", your service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services will be automatically renewed at the prevailing price for the same contract period upon the expiry of the fixed contract term thereof, unless (i) you  notify SmarTone the otherwise before the expiration of an existing or any of the renewed term of the contract via customer service hotline or retail shops of SmarTone; or (ii) SmarTone ceases to offer the same service plan and/or designated Value-Added Services. The same terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain unchanged, except for specifically stated service plans. This automatic contract renewal arrangement shall be subject to the final and absolute discretion of SmarTone.

  • Customers who subscribe or renew designated mobile service plan will enjoy SmarTone Plus membership and the membership offered depends on the service plan selected. Membership period of designated membership tier will be 13 months.
  • For members who have met the qualifying spending level during the eligible spending period, their membership will be renewed or upgraded.
  • Fixed-term contract is required for designated membership tier.
  • The Company may terminate or change the terms and conditions of SmarTone Plus at any time without prior notice.

5G Broadband Device and Rental Service:
  • The Service is only available for existing customers who subscribe to the Company's designated Home 5G Broadband Service Plan.
  • The customers are required to sign a contract for 12/24/30 months.
  • Customers are required to make 1-month 5G Broadband device rental service prepayment.
  • Customer who registers the Services for the first time is entitled to a 7-Day FREE Trial and Return Guarantee period commencing from the service activation date of the designated service plan of the Services. If the Customer cancels the Service(s)/Service Plan(s) within the 7-Day FREE Trial and Return Guarantee period, the Customer is not required to pay the fee for the Service Plan and 5G Broadband service equipment rental and refund of fee paid by customer for purchasing 5G Broadband service equipment shall be arranged upon return of the 5G Broadband service equipment to the Company.
