Service Plan Subscription
  • Only applicable to new customers or existing customers with a new line subscription.
  • When you have successfully submitted your order, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you.
  • You are required to complete the plan subscription at any of our SmarTone stores in 10 days after online subscription.
  • You are required to present the true copies of your HKID card or Passport and address proof issued within the last three months upon the plan subscription.
  • If you cannot subscribe to the service plan on or before the deadline, please contact our customer service hotline on 2155 3395 to rearrange the appointment. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled and the activation offer(s) / gift(s) will also be invalid. The advance payment will not be refunded.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation email after successfully submitting your order, please check your spam mail folder. To ensure you will receive our important emails afterwards, please add comms.onlinestore@smartone.com to your email address book immediately.
  • Each service plan is entitled to one of the new activation offers once only and cannot be used in conjunction with other new activation offers (If applicable). The offer(s) / gift(s) is/ are available while stocks last. Offers and services are subject to relevant terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equivalent or approximate value.
  • (If applicable) Customer (The Referee) is required to ensure the accuracy, completion and validity of the Referrer’s Referral Number provided upon contract subscription of a designated service plan during the Referral Program promotional period. The record cannot be changed once submitted. In the case where the Referral Code cannot be successfully recorded in the Company’s system or the Referral Code recorded is incorrect, incomplete or invalid. The Company will proceed to process the corresponding Referee’s plan subscription as usual and the service plan subscription will not be considered as a Successful Referral.
