The plan includes designated Full Speed data usage under the offer of the contract. When the data usage reaches the plan's allowance, data service will continues and be subject to FUP (Fair Usage Policy), i.e. the access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.
Customer is required to choose credit card for payment method.
Customers are required to make 1-month service fee prepayment.
At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing plan price if the customer continues to use the service.
Our Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotion and any dispute thereof, and may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

5G Office Broadband

Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited (HKTV) Corp Staff Offers are applicable to HKTV staff with valid staff card
Applicable to ID registration only
The offer applies to customers registering for the designated 5G Office Broadband service plan at a designated residential address with a designated contract subscription.
Customer is required to use credit card as payment method.
Customers are required to make 1-month service fee prepayment.　
At the end of the contract, the customer will be charged at the prevailing plan price if the customer continues to use the service.
The Company reserves the right of final decision relating to the offer and any dispute thereof, and may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Offer valid for limited period only. Designated model of 5G Broadband service equipment with limited stock, first come first serve until stock last
This offer is valid till <31 Dec 2022>

Remarks

The special monthly fee is calculated based on the original monthly fee, after monthly rebate has been given to the customer.
The plan includes first 200GByte Full Speed Monthly Data. When the data usage reaches the plan's allowance, data service will continues and be subject to FUP (Fair Usage Policy), i.e. the access to network resources will be given lower priority and data service experience may be affected.
After Customer submitted all documents required, free Delivery of SIM Card and / or 5G Broadband Device will be applied. As a result of certain measures due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, delivery service to premises such as testing centres, quarantine and treatment centres, buildings put under the government’s compulsory testing notice may be restricted. Concrete delivery arrangement shall be subject to the confirmation of the courier service provider.
Voice and roaming service is not applicable for the SIM of 5G Home Broadband Monthly Plan. The SIM must be used with designated SmarTone routers.
This service plan does not include 5G Broadband service equipment; customer who subscribes to this service plan can enjoy special price to purchase designated model of 5G Broadband service equipment (if applicable).
The provision of the service is subject to the network coverage of the Company. In case particular spots where the 5G network are not available, we will continue to provide the service through 4G network. Internet experience can vary due to factors such as the relative position between user and the base stations, the download server resources, Internet traffic conditions, the number of users, users’ devices and other factors that may arise.
